Quick answers
Before you send the message.
How far in advance should I enquire?
Earlier is better, especially for custom themes. Availability depends on date and complexity.
Can I send a reference image?
Yes. WhatsApp is easiest for sharing screenshots, mood boards and inspiration.
How do I know the price?
Pricing is shared after understanding size, flavour and design requirements. WhatsApp is quickest.
Can I request a cake not shown on the site?
Yes. The Custom Cakes page is designed for completely new concepts.
